World Read Aloud Day

World Read Aloud Day is a way to celebrate literacy and draw attention to the 793 MILLION Earth citizens who cannot read or write. It's "about taking action to show the world that the right to read and write belongs to all people."

To celebrate World Read Aloud Day, Sharon, Leigh and Sarah read short excerpts for you!

Three accents. Three awesome book excerpts. One great cause!

      I'd just woken up to get the reading in before everyone else got up (otherwise I'd have a 6yo jumping around giggling in the background).

    I don't think anyone would like to hear me read aloud - I've got a really strong Devon (UK) 'farrrrrmer' accent which was for some reason hi-larious to the tourists I served as a waitress.
