I have been afraid to just go where my story takes me because I am worried that I will become so lost that I will never make sense of it and find a way back out. I found your post to be timely and encouraging.Simply Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11562206323308418937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7202274659436317634.post-80365579140864537532012-10-28T13:22:41.979-04:002012-10-28T13:22:41.979-04:00What a cool post! I think getting lost is fun-- your characters show you who they truly are and cool stuff happens that you'd never expect.

And, as Nano is just around the corner, here's to getting good and lost this November!Hannah Miltonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07323860701096464241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7202274659436317634.post-5248718416023279252012-10-28T11:02:40.655-04:002012-10-28T11:02:40.655-04:00Hi Jen! With the weather being so weird and our crazy schedule we didn't get to do a corn maze this year :( But, I love the analogy. I am definitely a "get lost" writer when it comes to my 1st draft. No outline, no plan...just GO! And I've definitely managed to get lost going down the wrong path, but it really is fun! I love to see where my characters take me! I have most of the plot for my nano story in my brain, but for the rest of it, I'm just going to see where the corn maze leads!
Ella Schwartzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16500441132392327703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7202274659436317634.post-24552944668612975862012-10-28T10:23:06.523-04:002012-10-28T10:23:06.523-04:00Great article! :)Great article! :)Suzannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06288802923434609582noreply@blogger.com
